Dear Soccer Parents, Fans and Sponsors,
We are excited about the growing number of youth soccer teams in Grandview! We have teams playing in Kiwanis, GOYSL, Eagles, Santos and the All Champion League. With all of these boys and girls playing soccer, we need access to additional practice and game fields with age appropriate goals. Parent representatives from the Bobcat Soccer Club and FC Grandview have been meeting with Superintendent Ed O’Reilly, Sean Robey, Director of the Grandview Parks and Recreation and Kathy Kinnard, the GHHS Athletic Director to make this happen.
Ideally, we would like a set of youth goals size 7’ x 21’ to keep at the Stadium, a set of youth soccer goals size 7’ x 21’ to keep on the Upper Practice Field at the Stadium and a set of youth soccer goals 6.5’ x 18’ to keep on the Edison Practice Field. Our goal is to raise $8,000.00 and we are optimistic we can raise these funds. All contributors will be listed in a designated soccer program. The Bobcat Boosters will generously collect these funds so you can claim your contribution on your taxes. Their Federal ID number is 31-1077884.
Soccer season is upon us, so please consider making a contribution to this worthwhile cause. All checks should be made payable to the Bobcat Boosters and mailed to the address at the top of the letter. Thank you for your support of Grandview Youth Soccer, past and present.
Sincerely,
